The sadhana of release the animals is one of the method to add longevity and good luck, written by Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo, was taught by our grand teacher H.H Chatral Sangye Dorje Rinpoche, and has been translated into Indonesian by H.E Yongdzin Tulku Rinpoche.
